ABOUT US

Located in San Tan Valley, Saddle Sore  LLC [formerly Saddle Sore Ranch] is a family owned equine facility operated by Mindy Shreeve beginning in 2013. Services provided include therapeutic riding, horseback riding lessons as well as equine boarding, conditioning, and equine transport to surrounding states. As owner and director, Mindy holds a Bachelors in Therapeutic Recreation through the Parks and Recreation Management Program at Arizona State University and has been a PATH International Therapeutic Riding Instructor since 2012. In the summer of 2019 the facility became Saddle Sore LLC.

Therapeutic riding is the core of the programming at Saddle Sore and its goals include working positively towards promoting the cognitive, physical, emotional and social well-being of all individuals.

At Saddle Sore LLC, our mission is to create a safe, enjoyable, and dynamic environment where individuals can embark on a transformative journey to master the fundamental principles of interacting with horses. We are dedicated to fostering a deep understanding of horsemanship, ensuring that our participants not only learn essential skills but also forge meaningful connections with these majestic animals. Through a commitment to safety, fun, and excitement, we strive to instill a lifelong passion for equestrian pursuits while promoting a sense of responsibility and respect for our equine companions.
